   Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Assertive Community Treatment expands systems of care for the mental health consumers who require intensive case management in the community. 

Adult Crisis Mobile Response Team 

The West Central Adult Mobile Crisis Response Team (MCRT) is a community-based program. The goal of this service is to stabilize consumers and families in the least restrictive environment, to assist in crisis resolution and to provide a comprehensive crisis plan for stabilization that utilizes the individual’s/family’s strengths, natural supports and community resources. The MCRT operates 24-hours a day, seven days a week.

Community Integration Home (CIH)

 

The Community Integration Homes (CIH) serves a total of 12 forensic consumers, 6 male and 6 female. The CIH serves the function of allowing consumers to be re-integrated into the community from the hospital setting and is staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day with awake staff.

 

Intensive Treatment Residential (ITR)

The ITR provides continuous assistance to consumers within a residential setting in the community to continue their recovery and enhance self-sufficiency. The ITR is staffed on-site 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Transportation Services for the benefit of its consumers and staff.
